We are the Milites de Bec - reenactors of Norman, Viking and Anglo-Saxon life in 10th and 11th century Britain, and the life of Normans and Anglo-Normans in later centuries. Our head quarters and training grounds are at the University of Kent in Canterbury. But we have members from all over East Kent (Thanet, Dover, Folkestone etc), and from other parts of the county / country / world We are part of Regia Anglorum, a nation-wide early mediaeval reenactment society, which you may have seen at living history events or on TV. We are also involved in Regia Anglorum's Wychurst project. Milites de Bec after the Battle of Senlac Ridge (now known as Battle, near Hastings) in October 1066, 2009.
